Lifeline Transitional Facility is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery and reintegration. Founded in 2025 by a licensed therapist, our facility provides a safe and nurturing environment for those transitioning from substance abuse treatment or incarceration. We understand the challenges faced by our residents, particularly the need for affordable housing. Our home-like atmosphere is complemented by community resources that assist with food, employment, and ongoing treatment. At Lifeline, we strive to empower individuals to reclaim their lives and become successful members of society.
